Our Business Mission
Simplified Celebrations is a custom floral studio providing design and planning packages, along with teaching Sips & Stems classes in beautiful Richland Washington. At Simplified Celebrations, we work to fit budgets, client style, and overall concept into one package. We offer custom floral options and event planning for weddings, parties and corporate events. Simplified Celebration allows you to enjoy the events and moments in your life and business by bundling a major décor element -flowers with the details of planning the actual event.
Terms & Conditions
Simplified Celebrations and its representatives understand that our role will be that of Floral Designer and/ or Professional Consultant and/or Coordinator as needed to execute your Event.
You will make the actual selections, sign contracts, and make payments to those vendors and Simplified Celebrations and its representatives will implement those selections.
Simplified Celebrations does not accept any commissions from recommended vendors and cannot guarantee any service provider’s performance or product.
If litigation occurs for any reason, it occurs within the jurisdiction where Simplified Celebrations office are located (Benton County, WA) and you the client will be required to reimburse Simplified Celebrations, LLC for any & all attorney fees, any incurred legal fees and/or court costs.
It is your responsibility to provide Simplified Celebrations with contact names, telephone numbers and any scheduled timetables for all vendors involved in the Event no later than 30 days prior to the Event or upon the signing of our Floral or Planning Contract.
It is also your responsibility to notify Simplified Celebrations of any changes in a timely manner.
Simplified Celebrations and any of its representatives shall not be held liable for any changes made by you or your selected service providers.
Simplified Celebrations and its representatives will use their professional judgment when taking action in regard to changes, weather, tardiness, nonperformance, unacceptable appearance, unprofessional-ism etc. based on the situation, time limitations and/or your wishes.
In the event a venue coordinator is on site Simplified Celebrations and representatives will work with you and the coordinator as needed or per our agreed upon instructions. If, however any changes are made, issue occurs or the venue coordinator, guests, family members or vendors makes changes to any portion of the Event, Simplified Celebrations and all onsite representatives of our company will not be held liable or legally responsible unless you have given expressed permission for the changes.
All agreements will terminate automatically upon completion of the services required by you the client. In the event, you the client(s) is forced to change the date of the Event, every effort will be made by Simplified Celebrations to transfer location reservations, sub-contractors and support to the new date. The Client(s) agrees that in the event of a date change any expenses including but not limited to deposits and fees that are non-refundable and non-transferable are their sole responsibility. There may also be additional charges above and beyond those set in the original contract. The Client(s) further understands that last minute changes can impact the quality of the event and that Simplified Celebrations and its representatives are not responsible for these compromises in quality.
If the Client(s) changes the date/location of the Event and Simplified Celebrations and/or its representatives are unavailable to provide services, then Simplified Celebrations is released from all contract obligations and shall in no way be held responsible or liable for non-performance. The Client(s) also forfeits all costs for non-compliance with this agreement. Payment in full upon which the agreement is signed maybe required and this decision is solely up to the discretion of Simplified Celebrations management.
Simplified Celebrations will always do its best to find the top suppliers wherever the event location is, but we cannot be held responsible for any supplier/service provider’s performance or product.
Should Simplified Celebrations and any of its representatives be unable to perform any specific tasks in the planning of an Event, due to debilitating illness or hospitalization, unearned fees will be refunded and we will do our best to find a substitute replacement Event Planner.
The Client(s) acknowledge their responsible to pay Simplified Celebrations as per the agreed upon Service Agreements Fee’s & Payments Schedule. In the event payment, hasn’t been received within two weeks of being invoiced, then Simplified Celebrations reserves the right to cancel the contract and your Event date & time may be re-booked by other parties, without exception and without notice. Payment will still be due to avoid legal action
Any items needed for the Event must be purchased by the Client(s) in advance unless this is a service that is being requested and is included in the Description of Service within your Service Agreement/Contract or is a service added thru a mutually signed Service Addendum. Simplified Celebrations is more than happy to do the required shopping, but payment for items to be purchased will be due before procuring any items requested.
In the event of any supplier/service provider’s cancellation, Simplified Celebrations may substitute a new supplier/service provider with or without notice to the Client(s) at its discretion and any additional costs is to be paid by the Client. Every effort will be taken to notify the Client(s) of any changes or cancelations that occur, but Simplified Celebrations will not be held liable or legally responsible if such an issue occurs.
The Client(s) gives permission and shall allow Simplified Celebrations to use any photograph of them and the Event for viewing on our website for promotional purposes only. The photographer’s name/website will be promoted with the photos (if applicable).
Simplified Celebrations and its representatives give permission and shall allow the Client(s) to use any photographs/videos in which they appear. This agreement can only be modified in writing and all changes must be agreed and signed by all parties, or by mutual acknowledgment of both parties.
Once again any agreement between Simplified Celebrations LLC and you the Client(s) can only be modified in writing and all changes must be agreed and signed by all parties, or by the acknowledgment of both parties.
Any changes made to the Original Letter of Agreement must be made in writing and signed by all undersigning parties within the Planning or Floral Contract.
You may cancel your agreement at any time, in writing, for any reason.
Please note that you will be paying a Non-Refundable Retainer for contracting Simplified Celebrations services and/ or fresh floral design, cancellation to this agreement does not supersede this portion of the Service Agreement and this Non-Refundable Retainer and the agreed upon amount will not be returned except under the discretion of Simplified Celebrations management upon verified validity for your cancellation.
If the Event is canceled, refunds are limited to unearned fees, funds more than unused funds or non-refundable fees and out-of-pocket expenses of Simplified Celebrations.
You must cancel the agreement no less than 30 days before the scheduled event – except for the death of a member of your immediate family – there will be no refund given due to cancellations following the 30-day marker. If the Event is not canceled within this time, there will be no refunds applied except under the discretion of Simplified Celebrations.
Simplified Celebrations is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.
Simplified Celebrations may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes. This policy is effective beginning September 2009.

Terms & Conditions on Submission Forms
Any additional services that are added following your Original Contract Service Agreement will be quoted and a Contract Addendum will be generated. Any additional services added following your final required payment and/or 10 days prior to event date will be paid for at the time the service is requested/added. You will receive a closing invoice for services that have been rendered & any additional charges will be applied. An additional Simplified Celebrations On-site manager is required for every 120 guests and is added at a rate of $200 for 8 hours. This addition is based on the discretion of Simplified Celebrations and you will be notified prior to signing your Contract Service Agreement if Simplified Celebrations requires additional managers on-site the day of your event.
